The Dial
The heart of The Sentinel lies within its dial, a masterpiece of design that captures attention and admiration. Imagine a triple-tiered face that is as distinctive as it is captivating. Its mirrored internal bezel creates an infinity look when gazing at the indexes.
Dial Anatomy
The outer ring, adorned with luminous Roman numerals, gracefully encircles a backdrop of pristine mother-of-pearl white, a nod to timeless elegance. Precisely placed moissanite gemstones at the cardinal points add a touch of celestial charm, reminiscent of your own personal constellation. But The Sentinel offers more than meets the eye. Just beneath the outer spectacle lies a second inner ring, meticulously polished in stainless steel, providing a harmonious contrast that enhances the watch's allure. The dial itself features a sunburst finish, a testament to its durability crafted from stainless steel.
Miyota 90S5 Premium Automatic
The Miyota 90S5 is a robust premium automatic mechanical movement developed by Miyota. Renowned for its reliability, this movement features 21 jewels that help reduce friction and ensure smooth operation. It operates at a beat rate of 28,800 beats per hour (4 Hz), which contributes to its precise timekeeping performance, and offers a power reserve of approximately 42 hours on a full wind. With typical dimensions around 26.5 mm in diameter and a case height of roughly 4.7 mm, the 90S5 strikes an ideal balance between durability and a slim profile
The Case
The crown is a work of art, its twisted design inviting tactile exploration. The case is a harmonious blend of brushed and polished surgical grade 316LSS stainless steel, shaped in a distinctive hexagonal form that leaves a lasting impression. 316LSS is a type of stainless steel that is known for its corrosion resistance, high strength, and low carbon content. It is also resistant to high temperatures.
The Sapphire Crystal
Now, for the crowning touch – the double AR (anti-reflective) Sapphire Crystal. Made from Sapphire that is highly scratch resistant, very durable and will not break easily. It is very clear and colorless, allowing the wearer to easily read the time. Double coated for anti-reflectiveness for a crystal-clear view where it almost disappears from the human eye.
Internal Mirrored Bezel
The internal bezel is mirror polished presenting a clean and crisp reflection of the dial and stones from inside the watch case. Especially stunning when the Super Luminova lume is glowing.
GRA Cert Moissanite Gems
It is an extremely durable gemstone. Moissanite has more sparkle and brilliance than a diamond, making it a desirable choice for those who want to make a statement. Moissanite gemstones are a 9.25 on the Mohs Scale of Hardness comparable to 10 of a diamond, which is perfect because these gemstones will be inside the watch case. Moissanite gemstones have a refractive index from 2.65 – 2.69, which is higher than a natural diamond, which means that it will sparkle brighter when light catches it. Because Moissanite are lab created, they are an eco-conscious gemstone as they require no mining.
